The Triquetra is the name of a specific
style of three sided Celtic Knot also known as the "Celtic Trinity Knot". There are three popular interpretations
of its meaning; "Father, Son & Holy Spirit", "Mother, Crone & Maiden" and "Mind, Body & Spirit"
(Thanks to Google and my neighbor Dennis for the information). Dave Nichols did the inlay for me. He showed me
several precut pieces in a drawer, the Triquetra looked cool. I really didn't know anything about it at the time, other
than I knew there was an Irish connection (I'm somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 Irish), so I went with it. Dave has done
work for many famous musicians over several decades, including the likes of Johnny Cash, Aerosmith and Eric Clapton,
to name a few, and I feel honored to have a little bit of his handywork gracing my prized posession. www.custompearlinlay.com
A cherished friend brought me a Triquetra necklace
back from a trip to Ireland.
I wear it at every gig.!
